My son has been away with his dad for half term. We have a court ordered in place which states he is responsible for pick ups and drop off. Due to me bearing ALL financial responsibility of our son. He pays me nothing and refuses to work hasn’t worked for years.
My son got chicken pox while with his which he has now recovered from. He is due home on Friday as agreed.
my dad is also in the country and has made plans to see my son before he leave Sunday. Which was also discussed and agreed.
sons dad is now saying he will not bring back my son as his other child who is 5 now has chicken pox while “ allegedly” as I asked my son who is 10 if his sister has it. He didn’t seem to know what I was talking about.
long story short. He is saying he will not bring him back home. ( we live in different cities) until next week Wednesday sons due bk to school Monday. I can’t collect him as I’m 6 months pregnant and not very well. Pox not being a concern for me as iv had them and am safe ( spoke to midwife already )
what should I do. His daughter can be left with his family for a hour or two. But he is refusing saying he is following NGS guidelines.
this is the same guy who got on a train in the middle of Covid with said daughter to come to my city to pick up my son even after telling him several times that it’s not save to be on public transport peak Covid. HELP!
