Hi there,
does anyone have experience of the father of their child denying paternity? He has requested a DNA test which me and my child have completed but he has yet to go for his appointment according to CMS.
Does anyone know how long he has to take it and what that means going forward if he doesn’t do the test?
Any insight would be appreciated!
