Legal aid and DV child arrangement case
ex partner paying private lots of ££££
losiing this battle no faith in solicitor can someone help please
my grandson is at serious risk here and my daughter is desperate

Where do I start
grandson at risk of harm to an unsupervised contact order by the court
my daughters solicitor did not put in vital information to the court about ex partner lack of parenting skills and how unsafe my grandson would be in his unsupervised care
the in in a nutshell went against the section 7 report and gave my daughters ex partner unsupervised access until a fact finding is concluded that could be months away the relationship between her solicitor and her has completely broken down as the solicitor does not understand about autism and how vulnerable a child is with autism
she dismisses anything my daughter says as nit picking or it’s not really relevant
she is on legal aid and if we don’t find someone else to represent her this is a road to Nowhere and my grandson will be the one who suffers most her ex partner doesn’t want my grandson he wants to get to my daughter this is a red flag classic case of cohesive control and the ex partner is using his money and the courts to care on thank you for taking the time to reply
