Online order refusing to refund

Hi all
I ordered some window blinds via amazon, for a total of £150
Unfortunately they were made to order and I ordered the wrong size
According to government website the customer can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and the seller has to offer a refund.
When I contacted the seller they said I cannot cancel or get a refund because they are made to order and it was my fault I ordered the wrong size.
On the amazon website it says the item is not eligible for refund.
Is this correct?

Yes, they are correct. You do not have the same cancellation rights for made to order items.

Ah never mind.
Thanks
