Stuck with position statement - Help Please

Hi all,
So ive have to provide a position statement - not a witness statement.
however the court papers say "what, if any, additional evidence is required"
now i cant make sense of this because apparently your not supposed to send evidence with a position statement.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

The court wants you to list any more evidence that you think is relevant and would help the court to make a decision.

eg in some cases it would be relevant to say : a letter from my GP/ the other person’s GP about his mental health/ a witness statement from my neighbour who was present when x thing happened/ disclosure from the police etc

if the judge agrees she will give you a date to send it in.
