we’re selling a house.
the person at the top of the chain (not directly above us) is being very aggressive.
they got their estate agent to call ours.
our agent was on leave, but they managed to reach a contact they had at the firm (Yopa), who accessed our file and told them various things about our buyer’s survey results, and our buyers position.
this doesn’t seem ok to me…we may have wanted to sit on this information (we didn’t, but still).
Any thoughts?
