Moving house, mid term applications for schools

So we are moving an hour away from our current address, both my kids live with me and both have medical needs. I have to do mid year applications for them both on medical grounds but there is a section on the application that the headmaster has to fill out. My ex can become very abusive verbally and so I plan to tell him.after we've moved. Can I ask the headmasters not to Inf
orm him?

You do not need to get that section completed at all if you are in England. The LA cannot legally insist on having that section completed.
