Are there any lawyers on here that are able to give any advice please?
Can the next of kin request cctv footage from the police involving a missing person? (assumed deceased due to other evidence).
We have requested to look at the footage, but was told no.
If anyone has any experience dealing with missing persons we would appreciate any advice.
