Annulment help

Hi, I’m helping my sister with an annulment from her ex, she has applied and her ex has responded (they are still on good terms). We just had 2 questions:

  1. she ticked the box saying she would be applying for a financial order and we have a solicitor lined up to write a consent order but when do we send this to the court? Should she hold off on applying for the conditional order until she has this? My understanding was that it was sent in between the applications for the conditional and the final but cannot find anything that confirms this
  2. how long (usually) will it take for her to receive confirmation that her ex has responded, we know they have more than a week ago but they had until yesterday to respond, the application copy was sent to her ex very quickly after applying but it’s more than twice that length of time since they would have received a reply, just after reassurance this is normal I guess

she has not yet had an engagement letter or anything from solicitor and her appointment is nearly two weeks away so don’t think they’d be able to answer her questions yet so hoping for some answers in the meantime
thanks for any input :)

Can’t submit the consent order until the conditional order has been made.
