I need to head back to Family court for some enforcement.
There are two bigger breaches around holidays and passports and numerous time breaches (some of these are several hours, which caused such late bedtimes I had to let them have the next day off school)
When I write the explanation on the form do I list all these things? Ie can I say he has breached re a holiday, is breaching re passports and on XYZ date was X hours late with no warning and refusing to answer calls/texts, or am I only allowed to put one breach on there?
It is likely to be quite lengthy with dates, so can I type it on a separate sheet and send with the form? It appears the box won’t expand to allow me to add extra text in.
