My car got stolen of my drive a few nights ago, they used a scanner to scan my keys , it has been a really difficult time, I am a single mum, they’ve spent money on my company card, my car is on finance and I still owe £8k
my insurance company have been absoloutely amazing, I have a hire car and they seem they are going to process everything really quickly. I have fully comp.
I needed to send the insurance company my keys and log book which I got together and put on my coffee table, tied keys together etc
my toddler has took my keys and lost them!!!!
I have looked everywhere, turned my house upside down, retraced all steps as we have been out
I am really scared my insurance will not believe me and be suspicious and not pay out my claim
what can I do????
