Family court on Tuesday. Ex taking me back for an enforcement even though I’ve done nothing wrong. Being represented because I’m fed up with his shit. Is this colour, court appropriate?

TIA everyone,
I’m so over this now. X

why Is he taking you back for enforcement? I’m expecting my ex to do this soon as I’ve told him to arrange contact directly with our son. He’s almost 12 and I don’t see why I have to have contact with him anymore as he’s so abusive. No overnights, just a few hours every other Saturday but in 4 years he has not asked for any extra time during school holidays etc. To me he can’t be bother but expects me to encourage our son to see him?! I did this for 3 years but now I can’t as there is nothing positive about his contact with dad, just McDonalds or his work for a few hours. Shame for our son really.

They look absolutely fine for court, would work well with a white blouse. Good luck with Court, takes a little bit of stress out of it having someone act on your behalf

@yosemite78 he is claiming I’m not following the court order. I am. He says I took the child out of the country without his permission, I have a live with order and therefore don’t need his permission but I did let him know out of courtesy. The guy has been told by cafcass that he is so intent on hurting me he isn’t remaining child focused and to sort it out and clearly hasn’t listened. So my solicitor is going to rinse him.

with regards to your situation, by all means tell the guy to do one, if the kid doesn’t want to see him. Your kid is at an age where is opinion will be taken into account. But please as an adult who was put in the same position don’t make your kid the go between. It puts him in the firing line for the abuse and I now don’t talk to either of my parents as a result of it. You guys are the adults your kid didn’t ask to be here or in the situation. I get it sucks for you but it won’t scar you like it will him and he will resent you for it if you do I promise.

@Anon2425 its a shame they have to be so evil and twisted and can’t focus on the kids. Like you say, they’re the most important and if I end up in court again, I just hope they can see finally it was never about contact but more to get at me and put me through hell. Do you think it’s unfair to ask my son to communicate with his dad via his mobile? I really don’t know as I don’t want him being manipulated or intimidated into seeing his dad. I only wish he wanted to see him and actually looked forward to it. Good luck at court and the trousers are fab!
