I’m looking for a bit of guidance (from someone legally savvy) on what steps I need to take legally at this point…

I made a D11 application last year against my exH for implementing the court order. This order has a penal clause against him in case he doesn’t do the needful. Well, he has not taken the required action yet. I basically would like to go back to court, invoke the penal clause.

I don’t know what are the documents I need to complete to do it. Can I have any guidance please 🙏. Im confident about my case, but clueless about what forms to fill etc. I’m based in London, Holborn courts if it makes any difference.

thank you for your help 🙏😊

What specifically hasn't he done? And did you serve him personally with the penal notice?

He was at the last hearing and was meant to remove my name from the property mortgage and title. He was also supposed to keep the payments up to date. Failing this he was meant to hand the keys to the property to me for sale by auction. He hasn’t done any of this. He got a copy of the order same as me as it was agreed by the judge with him.

What does it mean to serve him with a penal notice please? Do you mean the court order with the penal clause attached?
