Hi all, I live in South Korea right now and planning on moving back with the husband and kids in the near future. My boys have UK passports already and I was just curious if anyone is going through the application right now and if the new government had decided to follow the old one in their plans for raising the income threshold? I have message a few MPs and tried looking at the website too but no one is getting back to me or there is no update on the website. And so many conflicting news articles online.
Orginally I was planning to go through the savings route. But now very worried about the income threshold going up. I don't think I could get a job that earns that much after tax so it is causing a lot of stress.
Would be great to hear from others to know how their applications are going and if they used a lawyer to help or are they doing it all by themselves.
