Hi long story short I'm applying to the court for parental responsibility of my grandson. I'm having to do it all myself as I'm not entitled to legal aid and cannot afford the solicitors fees. I paid for legal advice and I was told what to do. I have sent my c100 form to the courts and had an email back from a legal advisor at the court advising that I ticked no to section 4 asking if I need permission and I should have ticked yes I'm asking the court for permission to apply for c100 as I don't have parental responsibility, the solicitors advised me to tick no as I have my daughter's permission to apply to the court. Also I was advised that I need to clarify if the baby fathers is on the birth certificate or not and add him as respondent if he is. He's not on the birth certificate or involved in anyway which is why I didn't put him on the form. How do I make these amendments? Will I have to do a whole new form and pay for it again? Any advice would be appreciated as I'm so stressed trying to navigate the paperwork along with everything else that's going on in this situation. Thank you so much in advance for help.
