These people in the court of protection are horrible they use the vulnerable disability of a person to abuse them financially how do I know this because it’s happening to me I got a substantial award from court which the court of protection control everything I’ve asked for they’ve refused it’s only been small amounts 30 50 quid etc there abusers it like my solicitor stated to me and my mum that there would be a lump sum given but Lucy at court of protection refused I have to be out of my rented accommodation by November but they stated in the experts opinion that a ground level accommodation is sufficient so I compromised a normal house with an annex even though the OT had seen me go up and down the stairs so they are making me homeless it’s what they want for me this is court of protection at Flectures it seems like the solicitors told my mum rubbish because I wanted rid of them if you can stay away from court of protection and Flectures solicitors
