Now what?

I made a number of claims against my former employer for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal.

The tribunal service informed me that the respondent did not submit their defence, nor asked for an extension.

It has been over a week since the respondent should have sent their response by, so I don’t know what to do.

What happens now?

As they have no defense, the case will more than likely go in your favour. They’ll set a date.
