Hello All
Just wondering if anyone has experience of what happens after failed civil warrants with child maintenance service.
I am owed 10's of thousands of pounds over more than a decade of the CSA then CMS 'enforcement'.
The civil warrant is effectively useless as he has failed to present in court 3 times and there are no powers to arrest.
Exhausted all other avenues now.
He is self employed.
His wife owns the business and everything in the house, car etc.
I would be glad of any advice.
How can he be committed to prison if he can't even be forced to attend court?
Incredibly frustrated.
