Stepping down from being POA

Any advice welcome please.

Is it as simple as filling out the LPA005 form, sending it to the solicitor and giving copies to the person who wanted me to be POA/ the other POA?

Or do I need to do something else?

You need to send it to the OPG too.

You don’t need to send it to a solicitor the office of public guardians are the ones that register it and tell the donor
