Please help- I'm at a loss as what I can do to help my daughter who is in bits. My daughter left her daughters Dad quite a while ago due to emotional and cohersive abuse. In that time that man has been able ti walk into her house uninvited and accuse her of punching him, my daughter has been unbelievably been charged for this! The have been to court a few times over the little girl but for the second time he had refused to hand back the little girl and denied all contact with my daughter. The authorities are doing absolutely nothing!

I'm not sure what you expect the authorities to do. They won't intervene in a dispute over where a child lives. That is for the courts to resolve. If there is a court order and he is breaking it, your daughter needs to apply to the courts to get the order enforced. If there is no order, your daughter needs to get one.

Yes I am very aware of all of this, there is a court order in place and this is where my comment about authorities comes in as no one is doing anything about the order being broken. Thanks for the help phhh

Your daughter has to do something about the order being broken.

Form C79 - apply for enforcement.
