Just after some general advice please regarding a recent issue with access to our business premises. We’ve been in situ for approximately 60 years & lease the land that our building sits on. The land surrounding is a carpark with a different owner & they have altered the layout which affects the access we need & have had since we first opened. What legal rights, if any, do we have to retain this access?
