Hi does anyone know what the name of the court order form is to get the judge to sign off a tr1.
i have left ex 12 years ago he went bankrupt and his share was passed to the bankruptcy trustees. I managed to pay for for his share of the house from the trustees and so I’m the sole beneficiary of the property but the land registry was not done so he has a legal interest in the property. I shall say I have been to 6 solicitors now and just going in circles and nothing has be done just cost for me. So I have been told to get a court order to get the judge to sign it on his behalf. I have been stuck on the same mortgage for 12 years and cannot get his name off, so paying way over the top for the mortgage. Can anyone advise as solicitors are stuck and given me wrong info .
