Dose anyone know what form I need to fill in and if I can apply for a emergency hearing ,
I have a cao to see my granddaughter and take her on holiday for 2 weeks
which is in 3 weeks time
the mother is stopping contact and the holiday is paid for and my granddaughter was looking forward to it .
any advice

Form C100. Tick the box saying you want an urgent hearing and complete section 6a or 6b.

Would that also include if I don’t get a hearing in time the money that would be lost

If you already have a CAO apply for enforcement, C79 - then you can claim for any losses if the holiday goes by before the hearing date.

Yes i do have a cao in place just to confirm do I have to do a c100 and a c79

You are seeking the enforcement of an existing CAO. Does the CAO cover holidays arrangements?

Sorry, yes, if you are applying to enforce the CAO it is C79 you need.
