Is anyone ale to assist with a business related legal query ,
ill try and make it as concise as i can but im basically trying to work out if what's going on is legal.
6 companies were started in someone's name and their home address - which later got changed to a rent an office/ PO box type address
the companies were started by the spouse of the person listed as the director whos actual job is apparently to 'organise doctors for other countries '
Company names are pretty much the same name each time but just a small variation on it
over time three of these companies have had the original director resigned and a new director appointed ( all different people but the same nationality each time ) and these changes have been done recently 9 today) but back dated to not long after the company start date(october)
Im just looking for anyones opinions on whether something ilegal is going on or this is just something legal that occurs regularly.
