Long story short.
I have just been informed my dental negligence claim will now be handled by a paralegal.
Was previously under a very experienced 12+ years solicitor as it was estimated to be complex a value between 25-40k.
Does anyone know why it may have been changed over? For more background all the medical records have been reviewed and the case has been accepted on the belief they can prove the negligence but I'm not sure why the case handled has now shifted.
I can't get through this afternoon but wanted to query.
Any advice is appreciated.
