Penal Notice

My ex is not compliance with the financial court order.

Anyone know about the application to attach the penal notice to the order???

Is it sure we need to attend a hearing for this application? need a barrister? or the judge will deal it on paper??

Why do you want a penal notice? Why not apply for enforcement?

Just give him some pressure to follow the order.

The amended order issued 2 months again due to noncompliance, I'm not sure when is the appropriate time for the enforcement. Please advise. Many thanks.

You must apply for enforcement of any arrears within 12 months of the arrears being due. Don't delay too long.
