Basis for restraining order

Could anyone advise me if I have any basis for a restraining order.
myself and ex have one child under 2. He is currently non contact due to domestic abuse as advised by social services.
He turned up at my local church a few weeks ago and we stopped attending because of this however so did he after the first time. I started going back to church last week and he wasn’t there however he was there today. I’ve now cancelled the rest of my plans to be at home behind a locked door for myself and my daughter’s safety. Would a restraining order be suitable because of this?

I am surprised that SS have not signposted you to how to get a non-molestation order if there has been DA.

But yes, domestic abuse is grounds for a non-mol order.

Unfortunately they didn’t. My solicitor has petitioned to the court for a residency order and I received a message from my ex today informing me he has applied to the court for a child arrangement order
