Family Court Hearing

I have a few random questions about the Enforcement hearing I am attending. I am the respondent and I have no solicitor.

I had a non molestation order against the applicant which expired in 2017 but it said only points 6 onwards expired and it didn’t say anything about point 5 which said we couldn’t have any direct contact. To my understanding and I thought my solicitor said that at at time, was that point 5 ie no contact remained in place. Can anyone confirm this?

Also where can I print out the blank form for the position statement to present in court? It’s a first hearing.

Not going to comment on the non-molestation order without seeing the exact wording or understanding how it is relevant to this case.

There is no form for a position statement. You may find Family Law Factsheet 5 How to write a Position Statement – Suffolk Law Centre Forms useful.

@prh47bridge Thank you. Can I private message you a screenshot of the wording? It’s been suggested we do mediation together and I refuse to do that with someone who I have a partially active non molestation order against. She is a narcissist but I realise I can’t mention that word anywhere. Can I suggest she has a psychological assessment?
