Child arrangements order

I have a lives with child arrangements order in place. My ex refused to carry out the recommended works made by cafcass as such he has not seen our twin boys for two years and has made no attempts to see them or have contact.
We are wishing to relocate to Dubai as my now husband has a new job offer which he cannot refuse. I do not wish to return to court to ask the courts if I am able to relocate as this is again a lengthy court process and we need to relocate by this September. What would people advise?

Assuming your ex has PR, you must either get his consent to the move or get a court order. There is no other alternative. If you relocate without either of these, you will be committing a criminal offence which has a maximum sentence of 7 years.
