Hi, we have a family holiday booked mid-June to Spain. My husband’s current visa expires in September, and he plans to submit his application for Leave to Remain early July.
I also have a hen weekend in July.
Does anyone know if we are likely to encounter problems travelling outside the UK, and/or returning to the UK on those dates? I don’t think so, but my husband has become panicked about it even though I asked him to check months ago before booking the holiday!!
