Mum turning up when DC with Dad

Brief back story, DP has CAO in place as his ex started messing around / reducing contact after our DC was born. He is currently going back through court for an enforcement and (hopefully) variation as the original CAO has a few grey areas, which means the Mum won't agree holiday splits etc. He has a phone conversation with Cafcass next week as its been more than 3 months since they last went to court.

One of the big issues we are having is that Mum keep showing up... she'll wait outside the classroom at morning drop off, she'll turn up at paternal Grandma's, kids birthday party drop offs and then yesterday we went out for the day and she was in the same place (70 minutes away from where we live). This is all pretty unsettling for the children.

Is there anything DP can do? Handover is suppose to be 3rd party but she turned up herself this weekend.

He needs a prohibited steps order that she is not to approach him or the children during his time with them. If the court thinks that she is deliberately targeting him when he's got them then the PSO might be stronger than this.

Thank you for responding can this be done as part of the enforcement or will it need to be handled separately?
