LPA signatures

Hi.

I have a quick question on a LPA. The donor has signed correctly (as have witnesses etc). Can someone apart from the donor put the date in the form.

The donor is 93 and very frail. She has signed the forms but would struggle writing the numbers hence why we completed the date for her. Will this be an issue? All dates, signatures were done at the same meeting and with the same pen etc.

Is this likely to get rejected? Or as she signed and it was witnessed, will it be ok?

It will be fine, don't worry

So you think it's worth sending as is? The form says "donor to sign and date". I know that is for ensuring everything is done in the right order. It's whether it's just ok for someone else to physically write the date for them.
