Heya, has anyone ever used this place? I've seen some reviews online and seems like they're quite in favour of the father. I don't know if I should choose there or elsewhere for contact?

What is it that you think they do? They are there to supervise or support contact between children and the non-resident parent. They don't get to decide anything.

I know that, but I don't want to send a child to a place with bias.

Don’t be put off by online reviews. Give it a go and see if it works. I used it in a case of mine and it helped promote contact. That’s what it’s there to do.
