Absent father for 9 years I am now emigrating

Going through court proceedings hope anyone can help!

I sold my property and moved in with my father, bought a flat in my home country 6 minutes walk away from my childs potential school. I have at long last sent off my C100 form a month ago for a specific issue order for lives with order and relocation order. I have attached a statement focusing solely on the child with the gist that I was married and father left me 6 months pregnant my child is now 8. Ex Mr ... denied parentage and wants nothing to do with child stating this on financial consent order D81 form.

I did try again to approach for him to sign consent letter but was told what he signed before was enough and to leave, he also stated that he no longer lives at this address was only visiting his mother 😔

I have yet to hear back from court, not even an acknowledgement email. How much longer do I have to wait? I realise there are more urgent cases out there. Thank you 🙏

He is not going to contest by the sound of it, so when u get a court date you should be in and out.

Thank you 😊 I hope so 🙏 like every parent, I want the best i can do for my child! It's sad but when I go through courage to pay him a visit, I was hoping he would have changed after so many years but he was worse 😢

Received court date today after waiting to speak with someone for 45 minutes, it is for the 17th July. Due to fly out on the 25th! Will I receive the order there and then or do I have to wait for the official documentation then go? Can I ask for the documents to be emailed? so that I may use to enroll into school, dr's etc..?
