I have been sent notification of a court appearance by paternal grandparents for not complying with a court order. Fine I understand that and I have to fill in a form and distribute it to the grandparents but I’ve also just been sent an enforcement order. Do I need to deal with that? I thought I would go to court and it would be dealt with there. Kids will be 14 and 12 by date of court appearance and no longer trust, like or want to see their grandparents. I have no money so will have to do this myself. Thanks.
