ET1 Timeline

Anyone have any idea how long it takes for your ET1 to be accepted/rejected? Seems like a waiting game.

@CherryPickleI am currently waiting on an ET1 to be accepted/rejected. How long did you wait to hear in the end and if your case progressed, how is it going?

The tribunals are overloaded and it sometimes takes months before you hear anything back

I settled in the end. Which is advised if an offer is made that would be considered around or above the amount you’d be expected to get at tribunal.
