Cafcass Section 7 late - any advice?

Am litigant in person and the applicant, got FHDRA hearing next week, Cafcass have had 5 months to do Section 7, they asked for a two week extension two weeks ago, it was granted and it's still not in. Can I ask for a delay for the FHDRA? Its not ideal but even if by some miracle it arrives tomorrow I will only have 3 days to respond and I think I might need longer. And on principle it seems discrimminatory that I get such a short time to respond. Anyone else had this?

Will you both have 3 days to respond? Do you have no idea what will come back in the section 7? What your position is?

Yes both. No idea as Cafcass not indicated. I can only guess going on what they usually do in terms of pushing for children to stay 50/50 if at all possible. There are safeguarding concerns but in my interview i got the "different parenting styles" lecture from her.

Can you draft out your position and why and then amend accordingly? How old are your children and do they tell you what they would like to do. My understanding is that this is reflected int he report?
