CCJ enforcement

Just wondered if anyone can shed some light on obtaining a high court writ for a CCJ? Tried the CAB but just ringing for hours, literally. I'm owed over 5K so believe I can apply to the high court. Anyone know if it's just a case of filing a form to the court and waiting for the writ similar to applying for the CCJ in the first place? Any company I've spoken to won't take it on until I have the high court writ but I'm confused as to how to obtain it? Thanks for any advice
