Non mol order

Hi,
Can anyone tell me roughly how much it costs for a non mol order? I know it’s free to apply but what about costs of solicitors etc?
I’m also worried about the court hearing part of the process..what is that like?

If you don't qualify for legal aid then the cost is around £2k to £5k. Depends on the number of hearings.

The upper earnings limit for legal aid doesn't apply but you might be earning too much for it to be granted anyway. Also there may be a contribution from capital.
