Our local library is on the council’s list to close. We have a central library but this is obviously difficult for many people to get to.
Has anyone successfully challenged a library closure? I’m a solicitor but have never dealt with anything like this.
My local book group has been discussing it. We have found there are no convents from when the land was given to the council that would prohibit them closing the library.
