Letting someone use my address

If I let my brother use my address for his gps tag box will it stop me from going on holiday to the USA will it red flag my property

If you say no, will it force the authorities to find him a place to stay? That's what really needs to happen. No point putting him on a tag if they don't have an address to relate it to.

But no, I can't see how it would stop you going to the US.

If the box is registered to your house that means he is living there, no? Because he'll have to be at your house between the hours?

I also think that the box is registered to the name rather than the address. So you won't be denied entry but your brother might, depending on the conviction.

Also agree with pp that the council should be pushed to provide him with assistance.

If hes on a tag then he'll be expected to he at the address the equipment is at for the times on his curfew

The tag company who monitor it are incredibly strict & will notify the police if he's at all late or leaves before the curfew end.

You can't have the box etc at an address you don't live it
