How do I add an executor to my will

DH and I had mirror wills, each other and DS1 as executors. DS2 was under 18 at the time they were made.

DH is now deceased and DS2 is of age. I want to add him, to make things fair and so that DS1 doesn't have all the responsibility. The content of the will is fine as it is.

Can I just do a codicil. How?

You'd be best advised to make a fresh will, even if the content remains the same.

Just as easy to do a fresh will. They don't cost much.

Speak to the solicitor who drew up the original wills and ask their advice.

You can do a codicil but I agree with pp do a new will. I’m on my 3rd will as circumstances change.
