I need to remove an uncooperative executor on my father's will. I am also an executor. Probate has been granted but the executor is refusing to proceed with selling dad's house. There are 4 beneficiaries who are waiting for their inheritance. Also IHT needs to be paid.
I would like to represent myself in court. But how do I do this? What forms do I need? Etc
