I'm dealing with a difficult situation with n behalf of my mum. She has a property trust and is the only family trustee. I have an LPA and trying to deal with the admin with the trust company. She wants to ask the company to retire because they have been dreadful and it's a risk for her. I've been advised that I should be able to do that on her behalf through LPA. I've had a lot of difficulties with them so would be surprised if they recognise that authority. Where can I go if they won't recognise the LPA? Is it the OPG?
