I'm new here but am looking to see if anyone has the above orders.
I am getting divorced and my ex has been abusive to my kids. One weekend he grabbed on child and threw her out the room by her arm when he was drunk, the next week he was here he grabbed my daughter by the throat, the following week he smashed a phone. He is drinking a lot.
He took my eldest away in July gave her cocktails (she is 13) let her vape and told her I didn't love her. After that she went mental, she was so angry and she flew off the rails. It affected all her relationships, she nearly got expelled it has been a nightmare.
My eldest finally came around and disclosed everything after he grabbed her by the neck. She is now refusing to be house when he is back.
The thing is, around these incidents he is kinda normal. So my head just can't cope with the 2 versions of him.
Last week I applied for a non-molestation order and a non-occupational order. I am now having a massive crisis of confidence because he is back and being normal and I'm worried it's all in my imagination.
I am absolutely terrified to go ahead with it. I feel sick, I'm so anxious I can't sleep. I'm making big mistakes at work because I can't focus.
Has anyone been through anything like this?
Any thoughts?
