How do you get a land registry compliant plan drawn?

The websites I have looked at that offer drawing up plans all say that they visit the property.
I don't need them to visit, and anyway it is a very remote place in Wales, so not likely to be anywhere near the lease plan drawing business office.

No one who can do it properly would agree to do it without visiting the property.

Land Registry use Ordnance Survey maps. Have you tried asking OS to do the mapping or if they have an existing map?

I agree with pp who ever draws up the plan will want to visit the property.

Following as I’ll need to do this soon. I was under the impression that OS people had to do it, and usually visited.
