IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED THAT:

  1. It is ordered and directed that the claimant’s claim be stayed with permission to lift the stay:
  2. Any application to lift the stay must be made, on notice to the defendant, by _ _and must be accompanied by a) a response to the Defendant’s application (dated__) for the claim to be struck out and, (b) evidence in support of that response.
  3. If no such application is made by ___ then (without prejudice to any application for costs that the Defendant may wish to make) the claimant’s claim shall be struck out without further Order.
  4. Costs reserved.
  5. The claimant has permission to apply to vary or discharge this order. Any such application to be made by _ __.

Does point 5 mean permission for me to request that the date on points 2 and 3 (it's the same date) be changed?

Thank you in advance

If you are the claimant, it means you have permission to apply to change any part of the order, including the dates. However, if you want more time you will have to show that there are good reasons why you cannot meet the deadlines given.
