Got a final order re children. Ex abusive.
Drop offs and pick ups are specified term time, but holiday times are not. It has always been that he drops off/collects.
I don’t go out there, and I have cameras everywhere. It works fine and more importantly keeps us safe.

Ex has no such things, and has his abusive family at his house.

He has now declared that as the Order doesn’t state where he must drop off, he will only let me have her if I come and collect her. That opens itself to put me in a vulnerable spot because he will refuse to hand over to anyone that’s not me, then will he late home, then will claim I damaged something or did something whilst I was there.

I clearly have no choice on this occasion, but can I return to court over this? The Order is literally 2 months in and I knew he would start, I absolutely knew it

Yes, take it back to court and as soon as you can. You need it stipulating that he brings them back to you, same as he does term time

Is the Judge going to go mad because the Order is so new? He’s tried to manipulate the wording of it from the word go and he breaches it whenever he fancies doing so

Also, if I take this back is he going to try to jump on with the changes he wants? The order is only 3 months old.
He has dropped off and collected for almost 5 years. He has changed this with 24 hours notice
