Hi all,
I got married a couple of years ago and changed my maiden name to my married name. This has been changed on my bank and driving licence but not passport as it didn't need renewing yet.
I now wish I didn't do this and would like to double barrel my maiden name and married name. Do I need to do anything formal for this like deed poll? Or can I just request it and provide my marriage certificate as "proof"?
