7 years through the legal process getting ex to pay child maintenance and representing myself and now have a Final Charging Order against his property but can't work out which form I complete to register the interest. Any advice, I think as it's been through the court process I can use an agreed notice (AN1). He owns the property on his own with his wife having registered an interest. All advice welcome
